Data Deletion Request — Granted

Granted does not require an account. Your study progress is stored locally on your device. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in your device settings.

What we collect

Granted uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and your purchase history (product purchased, transaction date) to enable the "Restore Purchases" feature across devices. No name, email, or personal identifier is associated with this data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@northwardapps.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request — Granted"
  2. Include the device platform (iOS or Android) and approximate date of purchase
  3. We will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email

What is retained

Anonymized, aggregated transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes as required by law. These records contain no information that can identify you.
